UK’s leading health and beauty retailer Boots celebrates the arrival of the British summer with a new ad campaign, called “Perfectly Imperfect”.
The first spot, developed in partnership with Boots’ advertising agency at The Pharm, aims to highlight the strength and resilience of the British people, who are prepared for any weather, obstacle, or delay, and features a diverse cast of individuals enjoying their day out, with a few mishaps along the way. However, the advert also shows that, no matter the situation, Boots has you covered. A dad who saves the day with his Boots first aid kit and a girl fending off her hay fever-induced sneezes with her trusty Boots Nasal Spray Powder are only some of the characters of the advertisement, which is set to the tune of “In This Moment” by niko+.
The spot debuted during Love Island on Monday 5 June and is complemented by radio, cinema, digital OOH, print, social, digital, instore and online activity.
Boots is also the UK’s largest pharmacy chain, dispensing medicines and providing essential healthcare services. Its product offering includes a variety of brands, such as No7, the UK’s No1 skincare brand, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, Sleek MakeUP and YourGoodSkin.
