Little Caesars Pretzel Crust Pizza Is Back Commercial - Feat. Jim J. Pepp Apology for Corncob Pizza

Not long ago Little Caesars introduced the Corncob Crust Pizza, dividing the internet in two. Now, the restaurant chain has released an apology video for this menu item, admitting that it was a bad idea, announcing instead the return of the Pretzel Crust starting April 3rd.

The spot features Jim J. Pepp making an apology and taking the blame for the Corncob Pizza. “I’m sorry, I’ll take the blame. The whole Corncob crust thing sucks,” Pepp says, adding they have great news: “The Pretzel Crust is back!”. Mr. Pepp says “No more corn, we got the pretzels,” while dozens of his faces appear on a Pretzel Crust Pizza dedscribing it as “soft salty crust”.

“I make amends for my mistakes. That’s Pep Power,” Mr. Pepp also says, before the spot ends.

Besides the salty pretzel crust, which which is dotted with pretzel salt on the edges, the Pretzel Crust Pizza also features cheddar cheese sauce in lieu of regular tomato sauce, a blend of Muenster and mozzarella and slices of pepperoni. Consumers can even opt for a version in which the crust is stuffed with cheese.

First launched in 2024, this pizza has been on and off the menu several times. Now, it is available in restaurants for a limited time only.
