KFC promotes its new Kentucky Fried Chicken Nuggets in a series of new commercials.
One of the spots, titled “Nuggetmania”, features a group of friends enjoying a KFC meal at a table in front of their house. Among the menu items they have laid on the table there also are the chain’s new Nuggets, prepared using the chain’s original recipe, which makes the woman declare that “everybody’s gonna want these”. As she breaks a nugget in half, several people from the neighborhood are shown turning their heads into that direction and putting everything aside in order to run towards the beloved nuggets.
As the commercial ends, dozens of people are shown gathered around the table filled with new KFC Nuggets and the voiceover says the tagline “You’ve never had nuggets like these”.
The new nuggets from KFC are 100% white meat and hand-breaded in KFC’s Original Recipe of 11 herbs and spices that made the fried chicken chain famous.
The menu item, available as a 5-, 8-, 12- or 36-piece at participating restaurants nationwide since March 27, is starting at $3,49. Combo options are also available, featuring Secret Recipe Fries, a biscuit and a medium drink.
