El Pollo Loco announces the return of its fan-favorite Shredded Beef Birria in a dedicated commercial, informing that it will be available for a limited time only, at participating locations.
The 15-second spot, set to the rhythms of the 2019 single “don’t stop (drip drip drop) by LA-based power duo MUNNYCAT (K808 & Khaledzou), features a man enjoying the menu item, which he dips into a warm cup of carefully simmered consomé for dipping, dunking and slurping. The Shredded Beef Birria is made with slow-braised shredded beef, melted jack cheese, avocado, onion and cilantro, all between two Crunchy Tacos, that offer a perfectly layered textural contrast with crisp and crunchy Sonoran-style taco shells.
Other two entrée options from the restaurant chain include the Overstuffed Quesadilla, which is packed full of beef birria, melted jack cheese, avocado, onion and cilantro, and the Grilled Burrito, which combines beef birria with jack cheese, rice, beans, cabbage, sour cream, onion and cilantro wrapped up in one tortilla.
Consumers can order it in-store or on the new Loco Rewards app.
