Dairy Queen promotes its new Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger in a new commercial.
The 30-second ad features a young man eating the new menu item from the fast-food restaurant chain in the comfort of his living room, in the company of a friend, and saying he’s getting backyard cookout vibes.
The voiceover declares that now you can take the backyard anywhere with honey, BBQ sauce and house-made Hidden Valley Ranch and, seeing the two friends ready to put water in a small inflatable pool, in the middle of the living room, tells them “You, guys, are taking this ‘backyard anywhere’ thing really seriously. Maybe next time you’ll take that DQ Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger to, you know, the actual backyard.”
At the end of the commercial, viewers are encouraged to get the menu item, which is made with house-made Hidden Valley Ranch, BBQ sauce, Applewood Smoked bacon, and onion rings, in the DQ app.
