Tommy Hilfiger has launched a global ad campaign to promote its new collection created in partnership with Shawn Mendes, which includes pieces made with more sustainable materials and innovations.
The spot features the global superstar showcasing some of the styles from the “1985 Program” collection, including the iconic 1985 polo, made from organic cotton, whilst delivering the following message: “What if we could reinvent what once was tossed aside? Take it, remake it, change is always vital. There’s no better time to surround yourself with inspiration, with people who move you, with clothing made from discarded fabrics, colored wit new memories and reborn into new icons. With Tommy Hilfiger Classics Reborn.”
The ad also features a diverse cast of models, of different ages, sporting pieces included in the collection, which reimagines archival icons with more sustainable materials, and contains from underwear to T-shirts and denim that is produced using 20% post-consumer recycled cotton and requires less water and energy during its finishing stages.
