Rolls-Royce has released a new ad introducing Phantom Syntopia, a one-of-one bespoke Phantom crafted in collaboration with haute couture designer Iris van Herpen.

The spot gives viewers a glimpse at the car’s captivating design, which combines the innovative and artistic visions of two luxury design sovereigns and honors the seamless symbiosis of nature, art, and science, and also features models clad in luxury dresses.

The one-of-a-kind design includes a three-dimensional Weaving Water Headliner, which is an ambitious reimagining of Rolls-Royce’s signature starlight Headliner, an elegant arrangement of glass organza petals, hand-woven fiber-optic “stars”, and a distinctive pattern evoking the reflection of light upon the water at nightfall on the silk-blend rear seats.

The song used in the ad is “Keep” by OTNO, from the 2021 album “Brussels Tapes Vol. 1”.

“Water can embody so many different stages – and it’s that transformation that inspires me to think of fashion from a wider perspective,” Iris van Herpen said.
