Netflix has released the trailer for its limited series Obsession.
The four-part series stars Richard Armitage as William, a respected surgeon in London, “whose affair with his son’s fiancée turns into an erotic infatuation that threatens to change their lives forever.”
The cast also includes Pippa Bennett-Warner, Celine Arden, Isla Jackson-Ritchie, Francesca Knight, Gregg Barnett, Victor Pontecorvo, Letty Thomas, Sonera Angel, and Kerim Hassan.
The trailer shows the first encounter between Armitage’s character and Murphy’s character, Anna, who is dating William’s son, Jay, as well as the first time she goes to Jay’s home, for a family dinner. After this event, William’s wife tells him there’s something about Anna that seems off.
Set to a cover of Kylie Minogue’s hit single “Can’t Get You Out of My Head”, the trailer continues with lots of steamy scenes that include William and Anna.
Obsession will be arriving on Netflix on April 13, 2023.
