Ford promotes its Pick Up & Delivery service, which gives Ford owners the possibility to get vehicle service without the commute, in a new commercial.
“When you own a Ford, you get more than a vehicle,” the voiceover says in the opening of the 30-second spot, which features a father playing with his two daughters around the house. The narrator continues his speech by saying that “you get the benefit of having your vehicle picked up for service.
As the man spends quality time with his children, a Ford representative comes at the door and says he came by to take the Explorer. He then gets the keys and assures the owner that the car will be brought back to him.

In order to keep their Ford running at its best, without ever leaving their home or office, owners can schedule an appointment at a participating dealer or through the FordPass App. An expert technician will pick up the vehicle, a Ford team will take care of the service and drop it off to its owner once it’s complete.
Ford Pickup & Delivery is offered by participating dealers and may be limited based on availability, distance, or other dealer-specified criteria. It does not include parts or repair charges. Car owners must know that nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event.
