Apple has released a new commercial for its new AirPods Pro, highlighting that they offer up to 2x more Active Noise Cancellation than the previous generation.

Titled “Quiet the Noise”, the spot features a woman listening to music in her AirPods Pro and feeling as if she was the only one in the city streets. This idea is illustrated through a completely desert city, with all the vehicles, pedestrians and street food businesses being up in the air. The moment she turns off the Active Noise Cancellation, the city becomes as we all know it, with bustling streets and chaos in traffic. However, as she turns it on again, the city streets are empty again, allowing her to feel relaxed.

The song used in the ad is “Where Is My Mind?”, a cover of The Pixies’ 1988 song of the same name, performed by Tkay Maidza.

Apple says that Spatial Audio takes immersion to a remarkably personal level, touch control lets you adjust volume with a swipe and a leap in power delivers 6 hours of battery life from a single charge.

The new Apple‑designed H2 chip is the force behind AirPods Pro and its advanced audio performance. It works in concert with a custom‑built driver and amplifier to deliver crisp, clear high notes and deep, rich bass in stunning definition, so every sound is more vivid than ever.

The AirPods Pro is available for purchase, with free shipping, for $249.00 or $41.50 per month for 6 months. Shoppers can pay 0% APR when they choose Apple Card Monthly Installments at checkout. Shoppers can also customize their AirPods Pro by engraving a mix of emoji, names, initials, and numbers.
