Apple TV+ has released the trailer for its upcoming sci-fi dramedy Hello Tomorrow, starring Billy Crudup.

Created and showrun by Amit Bhalla and Lucas Jansen, both of whom wrote for Netflix’s Bloodline, the 10-episode series is set in a retro-futuristic world and revolves around charismatic salesman Jack Billings (Crudup) who, with his team of associates, pushes the dream of a better life by hawking timeshares on the moon.

The cast also includes Hank Azaria, Alison Pill, Haneefah Wood, Nicholas Podany, Dewshane Williams, Jacki Weaver, Dagmara DomiƄczyk, Michael Paul Chan, and Matthew Maher.

The trailer gives viewers a glimpse at the society the characters live in, with floating cars, devices that take dogs out for a walk, self-tying necks, and jetpack travel, and shows how Billings and his associates earn lots of money by selling timeshares for a Moon base called Brightside, where people can live. “Remember, we’re not just selling, we’re changing lives,” Crudup’s character is heard telling his associates as citizen are shown opening their doors and becoming interested in the possibility to have a new home on the Moon.

However, it is revealed that there is something wrong about it. “I know what you are,” a woman tells Crudup’s character while confronting him about a young member of his team. “You’re going to rip him from everything decent,” she also tells him.

The song used in the trailer is the classic song “Fly Me To The Moon”.

Apple TV+ premieres Hello Tomorrow! on February 17 with three episodes. The remaining seven episodes will roll out weekly through April 7.
