E-scooter brand Taur promotes its electric scooter in a new commercial, titled “Own Your City”.
Filmed in Los Angeles, the 75-second ad was directed by Hispanic-American director Alfredo Vidal and follows a young man as he enjoys an easy, breezy ride home into the suburbs on his TAUR e-scooter. Buzzing traffic, sweaty bike riders, and frustrated commuters are shown in contrast with this TAUR rider, who ends his commute fresh-faced and sweat-free.
The song used in the commercial is “Subtle Thing” by Marian Hill from his album of the same name.
The TAUR electric scooter, priced at $1495, features big flat-resistant tires, ultra-short charging time, and IP55 water resistance. The producer says its electric scooter won’t crumble from the weight of a heavy ride because its 500 W motor can haul a max rider capacity of 220 lbs.
