Sonic Drive-In promotes its Steak Butter Bacon Cheeseburger in a new commercial, highlighting that it will be available for a limited time only.
The spot features a man who helps his daughter study for her geography test but can’t think about states and cities “when a burger with steak, butter and bacon sounds like the best”, according to the voiceover, who sings a song about this particular situation. The original track also mentions that this Steak Butter Bacon Cheeseburger has grilled onions and two slices of cheese, while on the screen the new menu item is showcased, along with its tasty ingredients.
“Father-daughter cheeseburger was better than that, she’s about to find out you can’t read a map. Sonic Steak Butter Bacon Cheeseburgeeeer,” the voiceover sings at the end of the commercial.
The new Steak Butter Bacon Cheeseburger, available at SONIC locations nationwide starting October 31, is made with a 100% pure beef patty, dolloped with a rich and creamy butter infused with savory steakhouse seasonings, layered with two slices of American cheese, crispy bacon, grilled onions, mayo, and served on a toasted bakery bun.
