Chrysler Pacifica Van Life For Real Life Commercial Actors

Chrysler introduces its 2022 Chrysler Pacifica as the Van Life for Real Life in one of its latest ads.

The commercial, titled “Duel”, features two families meeting in a camping area and showing off the things they have in their van. The first family, who was already there in a trailer, puts on display their spacious vehicle and the items they carry in it, such as cupboards filled with food and drinks, TV, and even a rug and a small broom.

The other family, who arrived in a Chrysler Pacifica, highlights many of their van’s ingenious features, designed to make families’ lives easier, such as the Stow ‘n Go seating & storage and the Stow ‘n Vac. This last feature makes the other couple speechless and defeated in this “duel”.

“The Chrysler Pacifica. It’s the Van Life for Real Life,” the voiceover says at the end of the 30-second ad, which also features the track “High Noon” by Beds & Beats, from their album of the same name.

Described as “a cliched take on the old American West where guns ruled, the law was often broken and baked beans weren’t welcome in your tent”, the song includes spanky electric tremolo guitars, acoustic guitars, whistling, male shouts, vibraslap, snare drums, and whip cracks.
