Boots UK has launched its Summer campaign, showcasing its wide range of products and promoting its exclusive offers.
“Titled “Summer better be ready”, the advert features a diverse cast of people of different ages, backgrounds and walks of life getting ready for their day and singing along to themselves the lyrics of the iconic song “Ready or Not”. If the initial background is a cloudy day, things soon change and the individuals are shown making the most of their summer adventures with products from Boots.
The soundtrack is a re-recording of The Delfonics “Ready or not”, produced by British producer and Grammy Award winner Al Shux.
The brand’s new campaign is set to run across, TV, VOD and cinema with additional print, OOH, radio, social, digital, web, app and email executions.
“We wanted to celebrate the seasonal free-spirited pleasures that will energize people this summer, and who better to do that than Boots. We encapsulate this excitement with an iconic soundtrack, the kind that creates lasting memories,” VMLY&R creative director Sara Rose said in a press statement.
