The 2022 Stanley Cup playoffs, which are the playoff tournament of the National Hockey League (NHL), have been promoted in a new commercial scored by Jack White.
The spot includes a montage of images of NHL players and highlights that the sporting event is presented by GEICO, TNT and TBS, while in the background Jack White’s “Taking Me Back” taken from his new album “Fear Of The Dawn”, plays.
The song, released in 2021, is available for purchase on Amazon for $1.29. The (Gently) version is also available for the same price.
The playoffs began earlier this month, on May 2, and are expected to end on June 30, with the 2022 Stanley Cup Finals, to determine the winner of the Stanley Cup.
The Florida Panthers made the playoffs as the Presidents’ Trophy winners with the most points during the regular season. There are other 15 teams qualified for the playoff.
