The spot features a diverse cast of people showing their excitement about the great discounts offered by the retailer. A couple sitting in lawn chairs, a toddler trying a baby carrier, and a group of friends putting on makeup are shown saying “Yeah!”, while in the background the 2004 hit single “Yeah” by Usher featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris plays. Included on Usher’s album “Confessions,” the song is available for purchase on Amazon for $1.29.
At the end of the commercial, the voiceover highlights that customers get from 20% to 60% off department store prices every day at Ross and the tagline “Yes for Less” flashes across the screen.
