Netflix Series: Uncoupled - Trailer Actors

Netflix has released a teaser trailer for its upcoming comedy series Uncoupled, starring Neil Patrick Harris.

The eight-part series, from the creator of Emily in Paris and Sex and the City, and the executive producer of Modern Family, follows Michael, played by Patrick Harris, who thought his life was perfect until his husband blindsides him by walking out the door after 17 years. “Overnight, Michael has to confront two nightmares – losing what he thought was his soulmate and suddenly finding himself a single gay man in his mid-forties in New York City,” the official synopsis also reads.

The teaser trailer shows Harris’ character smashing a bunch of roses and having flashbacks of some of the moments he lived with his husband and after he left their home. “This summer breakups suck. But single life doesn’t have to” onscreen lines read throughout the 60-second promo, which features a jazzy song whose lyrics include “It’s over, it’s over now”.

Uncoupled will launch on the streaming service this summer, on July 29.
