Aldi Easter I Like It Like That Advert Song

Aldi Easter Advert - I Like It Like That

Aldi showcases its Easter offering in a new advert.

“Like your lamb 100% British this Easter? Like your salmon fresh from Scotland? Like Easter Eggs at a cracking price? Like hot cross buns with strawberries and cream?”, the voiceover asks in the 30-second spot, which features a festive table laid out with lamb, salmon, roasted potatoes, shrimp, and more, and a set of curly-haired triplets singing they like it like that, a group of children on an Easter Egg hunt singing, as well, they like it like that when they find a huge pile of chocolate eggs, and a Mexican musical group that also sing “I Like Like That” hearing about hot cross buns.

Among the products shown throughout the 30-second ad are British Whole Leg of Lamb (6.95 per kg), which will be available in store April 11, the Whole Scottish Salmon (6.99 per kg), which will be available in store April 11, Branded Easter Eggs (from 99p each), and Luxury Fruited Hot Cross Buns (99p 4-pack).

“This Easter, don’t change your lifestyle, change your supermarket,” the voiceover says at the end of the advert.

The soundtrack music is the 1967 single I Like It Like That, which was a hit for boogaloo musician Pete Rodriguez. The song is included on his album of the same name, which is available for purchase on Amazon for $6.99 as MP3.
