The spot features a young man who has 30 seconds until his next meeting on FaceTime and takes the opportunity to run to the bathroom and use Listerine Cool Mint for a quick refresh. Wondering what else he can do in 30 seconds, the amount of time he swishes, he comes up with the idea of doing some laundry. Thus, he grabs his dirty clothes and puts them in the washing machine and sets up the washing program. He even has time to pet his dog before rinsing and getting back to his laptop, ready for his video call.
At the end of the commercial, the man says in voiceover that a 30-second swish of Listerine offers 12-hour protection from millions of germs that cause bad breath, plaque, and gingivitis.
