Telstra promotes its call-centres in a new commercial.
The spot features a diverse cast of call-centre customer service representatives having phone calls with Telstra users and helping them get peace of mind. One woman worried about her father being alone during a damaging storm coming up is assured by the Telstra employee that there are a few options she could choose from, one man moving away gets help with his Wi-Fi, and a small business owner receives support to get their business back online.

Telstra announced they are bringing all their call-centres back to Australia earlier this year, in January. The company’s CEO declared that the company has invested very heavily over the last several years in completely redigitalizing lot of their systems and that all of the customer service representative will be able to work from home.
