Priceline has launched a new ad campaign to highlight that the more you travel, the more you save.
The spot features actress Kaley Cuoco urging one workaholic woman to take a look at Priceline to book a vacation, arguing that, “when you save more, you can ‘no way’ more.” The woman is then shown enjoying a trip and saying “No way” several times, including when she arrives in her hotel room and when she indulges herself with a dessert. She also says “No way”, but uses a different tone, when her phone rings and she decides to drop it in the lemonade jar.
The commercial ends with Cuoco saying the tagline “Every trip is a big deal”.
Priceline is a website that helps users find discount rates for travel-related purchases such as airline tickets and hotel stays, known for having several celebrities as spokespersons. Among them are William Shatner, who starred in various ad campaigns from 1997 through 2012, Star Trek star Leonard Nimoy, and Long Island Medium star Theresa Caputo. Kaley Cuoco joined William Shatner as his fictitious daughter in the company’s ads in January 2013. Soap opera sensation Ashley Jones also made an appearance as Kaley’s friend in one of the Priceline commercials released in 2017.
