Amazon has unveiled its Super Bowl commercial, starring real-life couple Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost.
The spot features the two partners preparing the house the morning of a game with help from Alexa. Colin commands the assistant via their Echo smart speaker to do that and Alexa starts streaming football on Prime Video, closes the blinds, and chills some rosé.
However, they soon come to realize what their life would look like if Alexa could read their mind. Scarlett is caught lying and the iconic song “Little Lies” by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac from their fourteenth studio album, “Tango in the Night”.
Amazon CEO Andy Jassy tweeted that the ad was one of the tech giant’s commercials for the Big Game. This year, the Super Bowl will be taking place on February 13 and will air at 3:30 p.m. PT on Fox.
