Tiffany & Co has enlisted Beyoncé and Jay-Z to star in a new film that pays homage to “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.”
The 2-minute black and white film, which is reminiscent of a scene from the iconic movie, where Audrey Hepburn applies lipstick in the back of the cab discussing her love interests, features the Carters in the back of their classic Rolls-Royce in New York City, ordering pizza and drinking Armand de Brignac champagne, on a typical date night for them. Beyoncé plays a game of “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not,” and she eventually hers from Jay that he loves her.
Their daughter, Blue Ivy, and their dog, also appear in the video, which showcases the “Bird on a Rock” brooch, made using a platinum and 18k gold bird perched on a morganite gemstone of over 44-carats, and the Jean Schlumberger-designed 10-carat Ailsa diamond ring and six-carat Ribbon Fan earrings.
Bert Kaempfert’s “Three O’ Clock In The Morning” and Paul Anka’s “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” serve as soundtrack.
Thanks to Tiffany & Co.’s “About Love” campaign, Beyoncé has become the fourth person to ever wear the legendary 128.54-carat stone Tiffany Diamond.
