Taco Bell has released a new ad for its Cantina Crispy Melt Taco.
The spot features two youngsters who meet on a beach, at night, and are about to make out until she realizes she needs a taco and heads to the nearest Taco Bell, to grab a Cantina Crispy Melt Taco. “When you need a taco you need a taco” – an onscreen line reads at the end of the 30-second ad.
The soundtrack music is the 2019 single “Dancing Waters” by BLOW. The song, included on the band’s “The Limits / Dancing Waters” album, is available for purchase on Amazon for $1.29.
The Cantina Crispy Melt Taco, now available in stores across the US after a test run last year (in several Detroit locations),is a white corn shell stuffed with seasoned beef, reduced-fat sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, melted nacho cheese sauce and a three-cheese blend. Those who are looking for a non-meat dish can opt to replace the seasoned beef with black beans.
The fast-food chain is also offering a Crispy Melt Taco Box, which comes with a Crispy Melt Taco, Chalupa Supreme, Crunchy Taco, and a Medium Fountain Drink, all for $5.
