Michael Kors has launched its “Watch Hunger Stop” philanthropic campaign, which is supporting the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and its school meals program. This year’s theme is “There’s Always a Seat at the Table,” a reminder that we can do the most good when we come together and show up for our communities at home and around the world.

The spot features a group of friends around the table and various types of food, especially fruits and vegetables, while in the background the song “Heartbeat Away” by Mark G Hart & Stephen Emil Dudas plays.

WFP feeds children in schools around the world, helping them to grow, learn and thrive. By working with local, small-scale farmers to source nutritious ingredients, they foster more sustainable and resilient communities. WFP was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2020 for its efforts to combat hunger, for its contribution to bettering conditions for peace in conflict-affected areas and for acting as a driving force in efforts to prevent the use of hunger as a weapon of war and conflict.

Now in its 9th year, the Watch Hunger Stop campaign has helped WFP deliver more than 24 million meals to children since its inception.

On watchhungerstop.com, visitors can purchase a T-shirt, hat or mask, and can also donate for this cause.
