Mercedes-Benz has released the World Premiere Trailer for its 2022 Mercedes-AMG SL, the new edition of an icon.
The spot features the new Roadster, which returns to its roots with a classic soft top and sporty character, being driven by a young woman with threads through a tunnel of lights, while in the background the 1999 single “Praise You” by British big beat musician Fatboy Slim, from his second studio album, “You’ve Come a Long Way,” plays.
The automaker gave viewers a preview to the model’s official interior earlier this year, in July, and unveiled it earlier this month, on October 28.
The 2022 Mercedes-AMG SL, which will be equipped with all-wheel drive for the first time, also features an 11.9in touchscreen that can be tilted electronically, a fully digital 12.3in instrument display that runs the brand’s MBUX infotainment system and allows drivers to customise the menus to suit their individual preferences, an optional head-up display that can show the car’s surroundings in 3D, Burmester speakers integrated into the doors, and 64-colour ambient lighting that allows drivers to adjust the mood of the cabin.
Buyers can choose from single- or two-tone nappa leather, which can be combined with a variety of stitching colours.
