Netflix has released the teaser for its upcoming DON’T LOOK UP movie, featuring an impressive star cast.
Written and Directed by Adam McKay, the film stars Leonardo Di Caprio and Jennifer Lawrence as astronomers Dr Randall Mindy and Kate Dibiasky respectively as they go on a giant media tour to warn mankind of an approaching comet that will destroy planet Earth.
the teaser features the two astronomers at the Oval office in the White House where they warn the US President Orlean, played by Streep, that a comet orbiting within the solar system is headed towards earth. her son and Chief of Staff, Jason, played by Jonah Hill, is seen mocking the two scientists for issuing another “the world is ending” warning. “Drought, famine, hole in the ozone. It’s so boring.” he says.
DON’T LOOK UP will open in select theaters December 10 and on Netflix December 24.
