The launch trailer for Humankind, a turn-based strategy 4X video game by Amplitude Studios and published by Sega, has been released.
In the game, players combine cultures through six different eras to become the most famous empire in history. They can create their own civilization by combining 60 historical cultures from the Ancient to the Modern Age, with each culture bringing its special gameplay layer, they can face historical events, take impactful moral decisions, make scientific breakthroughs, discover the natural wonders of the world or build the remarkable creations of humankind, show off tactical skills by mastering terrain elevation with city-building and tactical battles.
The trailer, set to the tune of “The Blue Danube” waltz, composed by Johann Strauss II in 1867, urges you to “Be the first to make history”.
The HUMANKIND is now available for purchase, with the Digital Standard Edition priced at $245 and the Digital Deluxe Edition at $295. The latter comes with bonus content, including the digital soundtrack, Unit & Tech tree poster, HUMANKIND Notre-Dame pack and more.
