Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming family comedy Yes Day, about a mom and dad who decide to say yes to their kids’ wildest requests – with a few ground rules – on a whirlwind day of fun and adventure.
The film stars Jennifer Garner and Edgar Ramirez as Allison and Carlos, a couple who always say NO to their kids and co-workers. One day, after a challenge from their teenage daughter, they decide to give their three kids a YES DAY, where 24 hours the kids make the rules. According to the official synopsis, this takes them on a whirlwind adventure around Los Angeles, that would bring the family closer to each other than ever before.
The cast also includes Jenna Ortega, Julian Lerner and Everly Carganilla.
The trailer features the family doing all kinds of crazy stuff and Allison, who manages to convince her husband to go all in on this YES DAY if they really want to make a difference, seems to really go all in, judging by some of the scenes. She even gets to police station for something that she does in an amusement park.
The song used in the trailer is “Good Time” by Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen.
YES DAY will be available for streaming on Netflix starting March 12.
