Kia Motors showcases the 2021 Kia Sorento Midsize SUV in a new commercial, which presents it as “the World’s First 281-horsepower Storytelling Machine”.
The spot features a man who drives his 2021 Kia Sorento SX Prestige offroad, to a place where he could camp and go fishing. Arrived in the woods, he is welcome by a bear and an eagle. The latter brings him a huge fish, which he drops right near his car.
“With the intelligent control of All-Wheel Drive and the power of a 2.5 liter turbo engine, there’s no limit to the places the all-new Sorento can take you. And to the stories waiting for you when you get there,” says the voiceover, introducing then the all-new Kia Sorento as the world’s first storytelling machine.
The song used in the commercial is the 2012 single “What Makes a Good Man?” by English rock band The Heavy, from their third studio album, “The Glorious Dead”.
The 2021 Kia Sorento also features ample seating, with standard 50/50 split-folding 3rd row seats, and cargo space, new driver safety assist technology, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. With a price starting from $29,390, the midsize SUV is also backed by a 10 year/100,000 mile limited warranty.
