Hyundai has released a teaser for its all-new Kona N, which is the first SUV to join the Hyundai N line-up.
The spot features a camouflaged, pre-production Kona N driving down the city streets and outside the city, with the driver, clad in a full racing suit, going on a racetrack, grocery shopping and camping. One thing is sure, everywhere it goes it turns heads and gets everyone’s attention.
Throughout the ad, which delivers the message “Coming in hot, it’s the Kona N. Yes, it’s N,” viewers get a glimpse at some of the car’s features, including the mesh grille, a big wing attached to the roof, and a pair of large-diameter circular exhaust pipes.
The Korean automaker said that the 2021 Kona N will have a 2.0 Turbo engine, an eight-speed wet dual-clutch transmission called the N DCT, and a series of high-performance driving features such as Launch Control, just like other N models.
The SUV will be coming to the U.S. later this year.
