Online marketplace known for selling cheap products from China Wish advertises its shopping website and app in a new ad, which aims to highlighting that Wish got everything you need to keep yourself healthy, happy, entertained and productive.
The 30-second spot opens with the voiceover asking the question “Stuck at home a lot?” and featuring a diverse cast of people who do various things around the house using items that are available for purchase on Wish. One woman knits a long scarf, one man decides to forget the takeout and learn to cook instead, another one put on a wolf costume and terrifies his kids, who are staying in a tent, in front of the house, a man built some shelves for hundreds of toilet paper rolls, and a young man films himself while dancing outside, in front of his garage.
Serving as soundtrack is a cover of Yann Tiersen’s instrumental play “Les Jours Tristes“.
