ABC has released the trailer for its upcoming procedural drama series Big Sky, based on the 2013 novel The Highway by C. J. Box.
The show, created by David E. Kelley, revolves around private detectives Cassie Dewell and Cody Hoyt as they join forces with his estranged wife, ex-cop Jenny Hoyt, to search for two sisters who have been abducted by a truck driver on a remote highway in Montana. When they discover that there are many other girls kidnapped in the area, they find themselves in a race against the clock to stop the killer.
The cast includes Kylie Bunbury as Cassie Dewell, Katheryn Winnick as Jenny Hoyt, John Carroll Lynch as Rick Legarski, Ryan Phillippe as Cody Hoyt, Natalie Alyn Lind as Danielle Sullivan, Jade Pettyjohn as Grace Sullivan and more.
The trailer, scored ny Nancy Sinatra’s These Boots Are Made For Walking, gives viewers a glimpse at the quest of Dewell and Hoyt of finding the two sisters and the killer.
Big Sky premieres Tuesday, November 17 at 10|9c on ABC.
