“The new normal has thrust us into many new roles, the most important being The Master Chef. Let ShopRite help you embrace this new normal!” this is the idea behind the latest TV ad released by ShopRite, titled “Embrace the New Normal”.
The 30-second spot features a man dancing in the kitchen while cooking and his wife watching him surprised by his moves. However, he doesn’t shy away and keeps grooving with his ingredients: tomatoes, carrots and more.
“To all the new home chefs, keep on cooking” an onscreen line reads toward the end of the video, which also encourages consumers to show every day low prices on the items they always eat with the retailer’s “right price promise”.
The soundtrack music is the song “Everything I Do Gonh Be Funky (From Now On)” by Lee Dorsey, included on the album “The New Lee Dorsey”. The track is available for purchase on Amazon for $1.29.
