Lexus advertises its Golden Opportunity Sales Event in a new commercial, highlighting that, with offers on nearly every vehicle, you’ll have just what you need for your next adventure.
The spot features a family of three as they get into their new 2021 Lexus IS to go to the sea together, for a day trip. After putting a sea shell at her eat, the daughter grabs her backpack and goes with her parents, who – once in the car – ask Alexa to lock the front door.
“Day trips are better than day dreams,” the voiceover says toward the end of the commercial, urging viewers to experience the joy of a ride with the Lexus and visit local Lexus dealer for exceptional offers at the Golden Opportunity Sales Event.
The soundtrack music is a cover of “This Time Tomorrow” by The Kinks, originally released on 27th November 1970 as track 1 on the b-side of their album “Lola Versus Powerman and the Moneygoround, Part One”. This song was featured, alongside “Strangers” and “Powerman,” in the Wes Anderson 2007 film The Darjeeling Limited.
The automaker’s Golden Opportunity Sales event will be taking place until August 31st.
