U.S. Bank has released a heartwarming video, thanking all those who keep the spirits up in their communities.
“Birthdays aren’t canceled. Hope isn’t quarantined. First words aren’t delayed. Caring isn’t postponed. Courage isn’t on hold. And love hasn’t stopped,” the voiceover says on the 30-second spot, which features a baby on his birthday, a toddler meeting up with grandparents through the glass door, an US Bank employee smiling to a customer, a doctor, and a young girl who was drawn on cement a rainbow.
“U.S. Bank thanks you for keeping all of our spirits strong. We’ve donated millions to those in need and are always here for our customers and employees,” the voiceover adds at the end of the commercial, which is scored by an emotional track.
The financial company has taken a series of measures to protect bots its employees and customers. One of them consists in the temporary reduction of operating hours at all branches. As of March 19, U.S. Bank decreased lobby services in many areas and are encouraging their customers to use the drive-up instead. The company, which allows its customers to bank at home with several options, including by phone, using its mobile app and/or website, is also offering assistance programs that may allow you to suspend payments for up to 180 days with no late fees.
