Nivea UK has launched a new campaign, titled “Share the Care,” highlighting that “every act of care matters and right now is more important than ever”.
The campaign film is a heartwarming 90-second montage of videos featuring workers on the front lines, a diverse cast of people as they are practicing social distancing and self-isolation, without giving up some activities and gestures, though, such as greeting and helping neighbors or people around. A young woman is shown having her hair cut at home, some children are shown studying from home and others are shown taking boxing sessions from home, other persons are featured keeping in touch with their dear ones through video calls, cooking together, and more.
“Care starts on the front lines. But it doesn’t end there. Every act of care matters. Thank you to everyone who has shown they care. Let’s inspire others to do the same,” onscreen lines read throughout the commercial, which ends with the brand’s logo and #ShareTheCare hashtag flashing across the screen.
Serving as soundtrack is a cover of “Stand by Me” performed by a young woman who’s also starring in the video.
The brand wants to celebrate the unique people who go out of their way to make their community more caring and invites you to share a story of such person if you know.
