Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming comedy The Wrong Missy.
The movie, from director Tyler Spindel, stars David Spade as Tim Morris, a middle-aged man who invites the woman of his dreams, Missy (Molly Sims), a gorgeous blonde he had met in the airport, to his company’s corporate retreat on an island resort, but ends up to spend the weekend with a past blind date “from hell” because he had texted “The Wrong Missy” (since the latter, played by Lauren Lapkus, also happens to be named Missy).
The cast also includes Geoff Pierson, Sarah Chalke, Nick Swardson, Chris Witaske, Roman Reigns, and Rob Schneider.
The trailer, scored by “Handclap” by Fitz And The Tantrums, gives viewers a glimpse into the adventures of Tim and Missy, who seems to put Tim in some embarassing situations but eventually proves to be “free and fun”.
The film will be available for streaming on May 13.
