GEICO has released a new ad in its “Bundling Made Easy” campaign, which highlights that GEICO makes bundling your home and car insurance easy and helps you save money, as well.
The spot features a couple of new homeowners (played by Jennifer Bartels and Scott Michael Morgan) raving about the character and detail of their new home, mentioning the original crown molding and walk-in closets. However, they do have a have a problem: a Ratt one. As the ad goes on, it turns out they do not have rats, but the heavy metal band Ratt as neighbors.
And they do, of course, lots of practice. The members of the musical group, played by Stephan Percy, Juan Croucier,
Peter Holmes, and Jordan Ziff, are shown performing the hit single “Round and Round”.
Back to the protagonists, they also mention that, at least, GEICO makes bundling their home and car insurance easy, which helps them save.
The commercial ends with another shot of the Ratt band singing in the apartment and with the voiceover urging viewers to visit the company’s website.
Another spot in this campaign features a young couple who have a clogging problem in the new apartment they are renting. Their neighbors, who are clog dancers, can’t help doing their dance (which implies wearing inflexible, wooden-soled clogs and doing many different types of sound using their feet alone) not even when they’re eating or doing various household chores.
