EA Sports’ upcoming Madden NFL 20 release, slated for August 20, is advertised in a series of hilarious commercials, that star a host of athletes, including Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Smith-Schuster of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New Orleans running back Alvin Kamara.
The latter features in a spot that highlights the players’ ability to take their rival’s best player when they win in Superstar KO. Kamara, who happens to be the best player of a young videogamer, is seen getting up the sofa he had stayed on near the videogamer and leaving with the videogamer’s rival, while in the background an emotional song, whose lyrics include “I’ve got so much love for you, baby, so much love to give,” is playing.
Additional ads, starring the other NFL players, tout the game’s other available options including the Face of the Franchise, which allows players to choose their look by combining features from different athletes and choose their college, as well, Ultimate Team, which allows players to choose their upgrades, and more.
