Mango has launched its Fall/Winter 2019 campaign, titled “Shared Moments,” which aims to inspire people to “disconnect to connect again”.
“When the hectic routine overwhelms you, there’s nothing like planning a getaway with your friends. Returning to a simple life, surrounded only by nature, animals, music, succulent food and books is key to finding your truly inner you” – this is the idea behind the campaign film, which had Ezra Petronio as art director and Glen Luchford behind the lens. Set in Far Sheperds, Scotland, the video features models Anna Ewers, Rebecca Longendyke, Kaya Wilkins, Mathias Lauridsen and Hugo Sauzay discovering the place, enjoying the beauty of nature, a meal together, music and more.
“People talk about perfect timing. But I think everything is perfect in its moment. You just want to capture that”.
“I’ve always believed in savoring the moments. In the end, they are the only things we’ll have,” the models say in voiceover. The soundtrack music is the 1968 single “Hurdy Gurdy Man” by Scottish singer-songwriter Donovan, from his album of the same name.
The Spanish fashion label says all the pieces in the Woman collection are made of recycled or ecological materials.
