American actor and musician Jeremy Renner has debuting three new singles in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ Summer of Jeep campaign.
The car automaker, which launched its sixth “Summer of Jeep” campaign this year showcases the 2019 Jeep Compass, the 2019 Jeep Wrangler, the 2019 Jeep Cherokee, and the 2019 Grand Cherokee, in four commercials directed by Jeff Tomsic, that feature Renner and his new music.
In one of the spots, he finds inspiration to write a song after seeing the 2019 Jeep Compass through the window of a diner, in another spot he swaps his touring bus for the Wrangler, and in another one he leaves a fancy bar in the city and drives the Grande Cherokee outside the city, to a place where he gets on stage and performs one of his new singles, “Main Attraction”.
Renner, who has thus joined the likes of X Ambassadors, OneRepublic and Will.I.Am, who have also fronted Summer of Jeep campaigns in the past years, was described by FCA’s Chief Marketing Officer Olivier Francois, as “a true Renaissance man with talents that go well beyond acting”.
