Fendi showcases its new Roma Amor collection, designed in collaboration with graffiti artist Pref, in a new ad, that introduces the new fashion line-up as “An urban wonderland – experimental and energetic, for confident men and women who don’t shy away from the spotlight”.
The spot features a cast of male and female models rocking pieces from the Roma Amor collection, which is marked by neon hues, liquid metallic effects, street style details and electrifying graphics. The soundtrack music is the 2009 single “Sleepless Nights” by Canadian band FM Attack, from their 2009 album “Dreamatic”.
The Millennial-friendly capsule collection includes a short-sleeved crew-neck T-shirt (available in two colors – white and black), made with cotton jersey, featuring the Roma Amor print, which reproduces an anagram of the word ROMA, an oversize crew-neck T-shirt with short raglan sleeves, made with black cotton jersey, customised with FF motif on the front and back, and featuring the Fendi Roma/Amor pattern embroidered in yellow thread, a jacket with maxi patch pockets on the chest, made of brown fabric with all over FF motif, featuring button fastening and Fendi Roma/Amor patch embroidered in yellow thread on the chest, square foulards made of silk twill in different shades, featuring hand-stitched hems and the Fendi Graffiti motif repeated in an all-over pattern designed with the lettering FENDI ROMA AMOR, hats, belts, bandeaus, and more.
Part of the Italian label’s FF Series, the Roma Amor collection follows the “FF Reloaded” and “Fendi Mania” collections.
The new campaign, shot by photographer Mohammad Murad, features models Rania Fawaz, Lamia Dahmash, Parvane Barret, Dima Sheikhly, Khalil Dahmash, Varun Khemaney. The collection is available online, at the brand’s website, at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai and The Avenues in Kuwait City.
