HBO has released the official trailer for the Polish series Blinded by the Lights, which is now available to US Subscribers on HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and partners’ streaming platforms.
According to the official synopsis, the eight-episode series, based on Jakub Żulczyk’s bestselling novel of the same name, chronicles seven days from the life of Kuba (Kamil Nożyński), a Warsaw cocaine dealer, as his meticulously ordered life begins to sink into chaos. Tired of his life and willing to leave the city and fly to Argentina, a destination for which he has two one-way tickets, Kuba finds his dreams of escape thwarted by Dario, an old-style mobster, who is released from prison.
Directed by directed by Krzysztof Skonieczny from a script by Krzysztof Skonieczny and Jakub Żulczyk, the series also stars Jan Frycz, Marzena Pokrzywinska, Robert Wieckiewicz, Eryk Lubos, Marta Malikowska, and more.
