Azzaro has released the campaign film for the new feminine fragrance Azzaro Wanted Girl and Azzaro Wanted Eau de Toilette.
The 30-second spot follows the Azzaro Wanted Girl, embodied by model Georgia Fowler, as she mischievously moves towards her horde of loyal fans and crosses paths with the ever impeccable Wanted Man, played by Nikolaï Danielsen. The latter manages to escape the crowd thanks to her, who shows the followers a wrong direction to go in. The two are then seen running away down the corridor of a hotel and jumping into the pool when their fans are almost near them.
The song used in the ad is The Sonics’ cover of the 1959 song “Have Love, Will Travel” (written and recorded by Richard Berry). The track is included on the garage rock band’s debut studio album, “!!!Here Are The Sonics!!!,” released in March 1965.
Azzaro celebrated the launch of its Wanted Girl fragrance earlier this year, in March at the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild.
Wanted Girl, made by four perfumers – Dominique Ropion, Fanny Bal, Jean-Christophe Herault, and Loc Dong, is described as “an oriental, floral and gourmand composition,” “the ultimate dose of sparkling feminity, soaked by the sun, which advocates ‘la bella vita'”.
The scent, featuring top notes of ginger blossom, orange blossom, pomegranate, and pink pepper, heart notes of dulce de leche and datura, and base notes of patchouli, tonka, and Haitian vetiver, comes in a bottle that has the shape of a flower and a hand grenade.
