Vauxhall Astra Ultimate Cinderella Advert

Vauxhall Astra Cinderella Advert

Vauxhall has released a series of three new ads, inspired by classic fairy tales, to highlight that the Vauxhall Astra Ultimate comes with reverse camera as standard.

Rooted in the idea that “things can end badly backwards,” the spots tells the stories of Cinderella, Jack & The Beanstalk and the Ugly Duckling in reverse. The one focused on Cinderella starts with the beautiful princess in a castle as she gets the news, one day, that her handsome husband, the prince, wants to unmarry her. After having a glass slipper taken off her foot, Cinderella finds herself leaving a big party in a carriage that turns into a pumpkin. The horses turned into mice, the fairy godmother disappeared, and her beautiful dress, as well. Cinderella was then made to work in a kitchen where her stepmother and stepsisters spent all day being horrible to her.

The advert ends with the voiceover saying that “Things can end badly backwards” and adding that this is the reason why the Vauxhall Astra Ultimate comes with reverse camera as standard.

There are five Ultimate models from the Astra range, starting from £26,295 MRRP. It is available in diesel and petrol engines with automatic and manual transmissions.

The Vauxhall Astra Ultimate also features matrix LED headlights, heated seats front and rear, leather upholstery, top-of-the-range media/nav system, dual-zone climate control, and adaptive cruise control as standard equipment.

Optional features include keyless entry and start, sunroof, premium paint and a more advanced driver assist system.
