Patrick Schwarzenegger and Luke Stedman are “Chasing the Waves” in Mango Man SS19 campaign.
The two models went to Venice Beach, Los Angeles, for a film aimed at illustrating the idea that the new collection from Mango “embodies the essence of the Californian summer”.
The son of world-famous Arnold Schwarzenegger, born and raised in LA, and Stedman, surfer and model are featured rocking a variety of styles that were designed to be “in line with the lifestyle of the modern man,” such as oversized trench coats and belted field jackets paired with a simple T-shirt or Hawaiian shirts and check trousers.
The song used in the ad is the 2018 single “My Love Is Real” by Spanish group The Parrots.
The new collection from Mango for men combines denim, safari and surfer trends with neutral colours such as off-white, cream and khaki, and includes the brand’s first washable suit, featuring easy-care fabrics that can be cleaned and ironed at home.
Schwarzenegger also stars in the brand’s SS19 “New Voices” campaign, alongside model, podcaster and activist Adwoa Aboah, artists Jolie Alien and Sasha Pivovarova, and motocross rider Luna Bijl.
