Citroën showcases the new C4 Cactus Hatch with suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions by Citroën and Advanced Comfort Seats in a new ad running in the UK and other markets.
The 30-second spot features a little girl who places a hula girl on the dashboard of her dad’s car, the new C4 Cactus, on their way to the school bus station. She waits impaciently for the dancer to move when the road gets bumpy, but – to her surprise – she doesn’t notice any movement. Things change, though, when she gets into the school bus, where her toy begins dancing immediately.
The advert, scored by the 2019 single “Pixies, Sylphs And Fairies” by Pi Ja Ma, from the album “Nice to Meet U,” ends with the voiceover introducing the Citroën C4 Cactus featuring suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions, Advanced Comfort Seats and 12 driving aids, and adding the tagline “Comfort Is The New Cool”.
According to the automaker, the new Citroën C4 Cactus is the first vehicle in Europe to feature suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions, which is an innovative system that filters out bumps and dips in the road. This trim, which also comes with the latest-Generation PureTech petrol engines and BlueHDi diesel engines, is “a symbol for the Citroën Advanced Comfort programme,” according to Citroën.
