Microsoft has launched a Christmas commercial, showcasing the Surface Go tablet, presented as “a real computer”.
The commercial opens with a mother and his daughter entering in a Microsoft store an stopping in front of a Surface Go tablet. Happy for the find, the girl starts singing an adaption of the holiday song, “Grandma got run over by a reindeer”, with the lyrics as shown below:
“Grandma don’t run out and buy an iPad
Fine when I was 6 but now I’m 10
My dreams are big so I need a real computer
To do all the amazing things I know I can
I’d also like to learn to do some coding
And help the gentle manatee
Surface Go is what I’m really wanting
To be the smartest me that I can be”.
The spot ends with the two smiling at each other with an onscreen line reading “Give Wonder”.
